Good to very good cuisine, some of which can be described as extraordinarily excellent cooking. There still seems to be some room for improvement in terms of timing and service.

A hotel with a washcloth .. you only find that very rarely and I think it's great! In general: The hotel had the same prices as one nearby that I booked last November: worlds are in between. How beautiful and spacious the room, with a corner bench and a table and a very comfortable double bed (excellent mattress). The front desk beautiful, the service excellent. Everything was very clean, I liked it a lot, would always be my destination. Breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary, but nothing to complain about either. New owner ? Good recessions are bought, I guess. Burned food, starters from € 16. Unsanitary preparation and try not to make prices visible, we only found out the price after asking several times. Dry, burnt tarte flambée that you could only choke down with quark.

An excellent starting point for the conquests of the Black Forest. Normal clean hotel with good kitchen and nice staff. Rich breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves. Free parking for hotel guests on site. Bicycle rental, sauna and massages available at the hotel at an additional cost. Nearby (Potsdamer Platz) there is a car park with paths for hiking and cycling. I recommend using the services of this hotel.

To the hotel: We were greeted by a sign which blocked our way to the hotel (restaurant was still closed). At the reception we were greeted coldly by the manager of the house. We were not offered any help with strollers, luggage and babies, nor were we accompanied to the room or introduced to the hotel - although you don't have to hide here. After all, it is a very clean hotel with modern furnishings and also sleeps in the beds it was great, only a few cosmetic repairs would have been necessary in our room 1 (shower door does not close cleanly and the holder for the shower head is also defective). The parking lot behind the hotel is not very big but sufficient. Unfortunately, the hotel looks from the parking lot - as if it had already lost its shine (old lockers, air conditioning on wine boxes, ...). The breakfast has a rich selection and thanks to the small menu there is also egg dishes and Co. from 8:30 a.m. - patience is necessary, 5 boiled eggs and one scrambled egg can take 25 minutes. All in all 4 out of 5 stars for the hotel. To the restaurant: We decided on the recommended 4-course menu here. There was bread and liver sausage here beforehand. The homemade bread is great and the liver sausage is also very tasty - unfortunately we also had to come across old or rock-hard mini pretzel rolls here - they should have been given as a present. With our second bottle of wine, I kindly refused to try the service again - it had a screw cap and the first bottle was great! Afterwards I was informed directly by the manager of the house in the most unfriendly way that a second bottle of wine with a screw cap should also be checked - that is neither professional nor friendly and certainly left a bitter aftertaste for the rest of the evening. For the starter there was a loach with a sophisticated summer salad. As an intermediate course there was a forest mushroom soup, which was mainly reminiscent of porcini mushrooms - it tasted very tasty! For the main course there was rissotto - or maybe not, but according to the motto - no one will notice, even if you ask questions, the pasta was also cold. The veal was good and the later dessert was even excellent. We reserved our table at 7:00 p.m. and were on time too. The starter was around 7:30 p.m., the intermediate course around 8:15 p.m., the main course around 9:00 p.m. It was already 9:45 p.m. for dessert. For almost 3 hours, this means 4 courses at a medium level with sad service, when the guest room is only half full. All in all 2 out of 5 stars for the restaurant. In summary, it can be recommended - if you don't set your expectations too high. But one is still a long way from the upscale - what the homepage radiates and where you feel like seeing yourself. Therefore I am giving a total of 3 out of 5 stars.

Were there for the lobster menu. The food was sensationally good. The menu is well put together. The wine selection is excellent. The evening was a great success. Really worth it

Sweet, familiar little hotel in Sankt Peter. Great starting point for hikes and not far from Freiburg. Our room was great: big and clean. The food is very tasty and organic ... especially the homemade wholemeal bread for breakfast zum

Is a rather upscale place. One dish is € 25 +. A menu is available from around € 40 (without drink). Very friendly service, cozy atmosphere, clean toilets. Food does not satisfy a construction worker, but it is completely sufficient to "have a nice meal". While one waits for the meal, there is bread and rolls in advance.

Stopped by for a 🍷 drink at sunset as they have a nice terrace overlooking the rooftops and area. It was a nice wine. Just an FYI it is a bit upscale.

The cooking class was great fun - a very nice team! The food we cooked together was delicious, but it should be made clearer that e.g. Soft drink not included in the price ...

Great hotel with an excellent kitchen. Very warm hosts. We had booked the gourmet arrangement. Just great.

Why is there not "The Green Bay Leaf" for excellent organic food? If there were the green laurel leaf, the boss and his team would have to get a gold-plated laurel wreath. "Old ingredients" are skilfully transformed into outstanding sensory experiences. Barley barley becomes a salad for a feast. The whole of Christmas was enchanted and I say: Thank you very much!

Have eaten here several times and each time the dishes were very, very delicious. The service is attentive and courteous, but not pushy, we always felt in good hands. Very nice, bright atmosphere.

Hotel is ok. We had a double room under the roof, not very spacious, sufficient for one night. Clean and orderly. Breakfast has earned 6 stars, almost all organic products from local cultivation.

2018.8 check in. The hotel has its own parking lot and the wifi signal is weak. Dinner cooking technology in general, the price is more expensive (2 people each point a package plus beer, a meal to spend about 50 euros). The monastery in the town (beside the beautiful cemetery) is worth seeing.

Rooms: modern, bright rooms with bathroom, refrigerator and TV and balcony. Wifi in the rooms only weak or hardly available (☆☆☆☆). Extensive breakfast buffet with a very large selection of local and organic products (☆☆☆☆☆). Restaurant and cafe. Both expensive. Black Forest cake was over, the apple strudel was just average. (☆☆) Own, free parking lot. (☆☆☆☆☆) Dogs allowed.

Beautiful location and clean rooms

We spent two very nice and culinary very delicious days here. The gourmet days were as expected at a very high level and we really liked it. On the first evening there was a 4-course menu and on the second a 5-course menu. Every course a treat

The best breakfast buffet all fresh, regional and organic

Restaurant: We had a great lunch there. We ate fish from the local menu with local rosé wine and "black forest cake" for dessert. Delicious food, really nice service!

Excellent restaurant with very fine gastronomy. Unfortunately, the main course was not really warm. Unfortunately, there is a star deduction. The quality of the food was very excellent. The service was the price level very accommodating and extremely friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and yet very cosmopolitan.

My favourite restaurant in the Freiburg area. Absolutely delicious food ! The place had a Michelin star in the past. High quality ! Gourmet place. 😊 Also the Ambiente is very nice. Including a sun terrace in summer. Very friendly owners. Great service. Reasonable prices.

Great atmosphere, beautiful place! However, I didn't think the food was very tasty... and the waitress kept mixing two different wines in my glass...! So very nice, but definitely not perfect.
